Just classic – we prefer it dry. Smashable, but best to stick to one or two.
62.5ml TCYK Sydney Dry Gin
12.5ml dry vermouth (aussie brands to use Maidenii, Regal Rogue & Saison)
Garnish with a pickle
Chill a wine or martini glass, stir vermouth over ice (strain pending how moist you want it (we prefer it dry)), gin, stir, strain, garnish.
